We are a mobile service team similar to the doctor who does house calls. You can choose, we will pick up your sick PC and repair it, or come out to you to diagnose the problem and rectify the computer onsite if possible. We restore, upgrade and maximize the useable life of your computer. From minor computer repairs to complete system rebuilds. We attend to PC related problems, internet, software, email, networking and one on one training, if need be.
Why is The PC Restorer doing this?
Well, we found that there are many users out there who have purchased a PC assuming that it will last forever and never give them problems, much like a motor vehicle. What they don't realize is that computers are very sophisticated pieces of electronic components that are very sensitive and hence are prone to developing problems, that users may not be aware of just from normal use.

Our Microsoft trained technicians who perform repairs on a wide range of computer systems every day, so you can be sure that the solutions they recommend are based on expert knowledge of what works in real-life situations.
What happens if The PC Restorer can’t solve my problem?
The PC Restorer is not God, and cannot perform miracles. Having said that our team does endeavour to solve every problem that it faces. In the event that we come across a problem that cannot be solved we will either refer the problem to a specific vendor or explain to the user the problem (in English) and give them options on how to best proceed.
